Marie Dasylva is a French strategic coach and entrepreneur of Guinean origin. She began working in sales at age 18. After experiencing burnout and being laid off in 2014, she left the fashion industry and founded Nkali Works, an empowerment and strategy agency dedicated to women of color and their professional challenges, in January 2017. Through the agency’s coaching sessions, Marie Dasylva aims to encourage these women to reevaluate their career paths. She gained recognition in part through her Twitter account @napilicaio. In 2020, she launched her podcast “Better Call.” In late January 2022, she published her first book, Survivre au taf (Surviving at Work), with Daronnes Publishing.

Mehdi Ahoudig is a sound and audiovisual director. Since 2004, he has directed numerousdocumentaries for ARTE Radio (Ya Rayah: l’exil en dansant, Poudreuse dans la Meuse, Qui a connu Lolita?, Brûle mes lettres) and France Culture, as well as soundtracks for live performances. His work has been recognized with several international awards (including the Prix Europa in 2010, 2011, and 2015). He has directed several documentary films, including Une caravane en hiver, produced by Squaw, which won the Raï Broadcasting Award at Primed in 2020.
